I am a girl with a passion! I work full-time in a law office, but at night I transform into an artisan crafter working with all sorts of mediums such as sewing, embroidery and vinyl. PERSONALIZE YOUR PET was born out of my love for our canine best friends.

As soon as I can after you place your order, I will reach out to you to confirm.  And while I tried to simplify the order form as best I can, to make sure the personalization is exactly as you want it, I may have some additional questions so make sure you look for my confirming email.  The sooner I have all the information I need, the sooner you get your order!

I normally ship for free, no matter how many items you buy (unless you are from outside the U.S. where I have to charge what it is going to cost me to send internationally). I do my best to ship as quickly as possible, but sometimes I get a little backed up depending on how many orders I have or, sometimes life just gets in the way.  If you need your item for a gift or party by a specific date, I ask that you let me know; or if you have a large order to place, I ask that you give me as much lead time as possible to get it done.

I will gladly ship wherever you’d like! I can include a gift card and ship straight to the recipient as well.  If requested, I can even send you a picture of the finished product, so you see what I’m shipping out on your behalf.

Since this is a personalized item, unless I make a mistake on the spelling of a name, I don’t normally accept returns.  If we are coming up with something new together, or a large order with many names, or upon request, I can send a proof of the embroidery design for your approval before I begin work on your project.
